Owner and Executive Chef Joe Jack moved to Puerto Vallarta from San Francisco where he was co-owner and chef of Luna Park, his two phenomenally successful restaurants in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Joe has followed his dream of living in Mexico where he opened Joe Jack’s Fish Shack with a cozy bar and restaurant on the main floor and a beautiful open air terrace on the upstairs deck.
As with his previous ventures in the States, Joe’s goal in Vallarta is to create a fun, “casually hip” experience all the while focusing on traditional great tasting seafood with comfort food classics and perfect hand crafted cocktails.
Now going into its seventh year, Joe Jack’s Fish Shack has firmly established itself as a go-to favorite within the eclectic Vallarta restaurant scene.

Greg came to Vallarta in the summer of 2005. After spending his last 15 years as a cruise director for Carnival cruises and after many port stops in Puerto Vallarta, he decided this is where he wanted to “stay on land for a while.”
